Blue Ridge Homes, LLC is family owned and operated. When you hire our company, you won't be working with a huge corporation, you'll be working with Ryan and Katie Green; a husband and wife team who happen to share a passion for building homes. Ryan Green is the general contractor and the expert in all things sticks-and-bricks. Katie Green handles the administrative side of the business and finish selections for spec projects.

Ryan and Katie live in Lake Stevens with son Ethan, daughter Carolina, and their rescued Rottweiler/Shepherd puppy named Cookie.
